NATIONAL UNDERWATER PARK...
Los Arcos, "The Arches," are a group of granite rock formations with caves that have been sculpted by the force of the ocean over thousands of years. Beneath the surface of the water, fantastic natural formations are waiting to be explored. From the main arch, where depths range from 30 to 60 feet, a shelf takes you to the edge of a canyon known as The Devil's Drop. Dropping an awesome 1600 feet, this wall marks the beginning of the continental platform. This canyon and El Bajo, the fascinating underwater mountain range, combined with the rich variety of marine life make this a magical dive experience you'll never forget!

Open Water Certification card and previous dive with Vallarta Adventures - or - 25 logged dives are required to participate on this dive trip. Certified divers who have not dived in the past 12 months will be required to take a refresher course. Non-certified divers can participate in dives at Las Marietas or at Las Caletas; however, they must complete a Vallarta Adventure Discover Scuba pool lesson before the day of their dive.
Certified divers are automatically entitled to participate in 2 tank dives. Non-certified divers will only be allowed a 1-tank dive. Beginner divers dive to a maximum depth of 40 ft and Certified divers up to a maximum of 60 ft. Advanced divers can dive to up to a maximum of 120 ft. Supervision is normally 1 Dive master to 3 diver pairs using the buddy system.
Diving within 24 hours of your flight home is not recommended. An Acknowledgement of Risk will need to be signed before participating in any of our dive programs. | | |

For: Experienced, Certified Divers
Requirements: Open Water Certification card and previous dive with Vallarta Adventures or 25 logged dives
Tanks: 2 (see note below)
Boat: 46 ft Newton Special
Time: Wednesdays only - departs the Marina office at 6:30 pm (maximum of 8 divers)
Note: This dive includes 2 tanks, one at twilight and the other at night
Food and beverages, a PADI certified dive master, BCD, wetsuit, regulator, weights, and tanks are included.
