BEGINNING AND INTERMEDIATE DIVERS...
The paradise hideaway of Las Caletas combines fantastic diving with the luxury of one of Mexico's most famous beaches. Your family and friends who do not dive can enjoy sea kayaking, snorkeling, nature walks, a relaxing massage, or just lazing around on the beach - while you explore the world below the surface of Banderas Bay. Underwater coves and a nearby natural reef offer some of the finest snorkeling and diving on Mexico's Pacific coast. With an abundance of colorful tropical fish, turtles, lobsters and mantas combined with good drop-offs, nice shallows, and fine beaches this is a great place to combine diving and snorkeling with beach combing and lazing in the sun.

To participate in our diving programs divers need to be certified and hold a valid certification card. Certified divers who have not dived in the past 12 months will be required to take a refresher course. Non-certified divers can participate in dives at Las Marietas or at Las Caletas; however, they must complete a Vallarta Adventure Discover Scuba pool lesson before the day of their dive.
Certified divers are automatically entitled to participate in 2 tank dives. Non-certified divers will only be allowed a 1-tank dive. Beginner divers dive to a maximum depth of 40 ft and Certified divers up to a maximum of 60 ft. Advanced divers can dive to up to a maximum of 120 ft. Supervision is normally 1 Dive master to 3 diver pairs using the buddy system.
Diving within 24 hours of your flight home is not recommended. An Acknowledgement of Risk will need to be signed before participating in any of our dive programs. | | |

A PADI certified divemaster, BCD, wetsuit, regulator, weights, and tanks are included for your dive, and a light breakfast, lunch and beverages are included for everyone.
